Description
This summer camp will cover the languages and cultures of Ancient Egypt, Mesopotamia and the Ancient Near East, Greece, Rome, and the Maya, Inca, and Aztecs. Topics will include geography, history, daily life, art, and language; activities will include art projects, map-reading and vocabulary building exercises, and stories from the ancient world. Students meet daily from 9am to noon from July 26-July 30. The camp fee is $99, and students must pre-register with Tricia Skirko at (509) 627-7111.
