Marijuana legalized in Washington, but not in Oregon

Northwest Public Radio is projecting that Oregon's measure 80, which would legalize personal marijuana use and hemp cultivation without a license, has been rejected by voters. However, Northwest Public Radio reporters project that voters in Washington have approved Initiative 502, legalizing small amounts of marijuana for personal use.
